Vegetable Sandwich

Thinly slice the cucumber, tomato, capsicum and onion.

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice and green chutney on the other.

Layer the vegetables between two slices, sprinkling with chaat masala and salt.

Grill or toast on a hot pan until golden on both sides.

Cut into triangles and serve warm.
