Butter Chicken

Marinate the chicken briefly in ginger garlic paste and salt, then pan-sear or grill until charred and cooked through.

Simmer tomatoes and cashews in water until soft, then blend into a smooth puree.

Melt butter in a pan, add the puree, chilli powder and garam masala, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the cooked chicken and cream, and simmer for 5 more minutes.

Finish with crushed kasuri methi before serving.
