    Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then blend into a smooth puree.

    Heat oil, crackle cumin seeds, and sauté onion until translucent.

    Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and tomatoes, cooking until soft.

    Stir in the spinach puree and garam masala, simmering for 5 minutes.

    Add paneer cubes and cream, simmering for 2-3 more minutes before serving.
