Paneer Butter Masala

Melt butter in a pan and sauté onion until soft and translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell fades, then add chopped tomatoes.

Cook until tomatoes break down, then blend into a smooth puree and return to the pan.

Stir in chilli powder, garam masala and salt, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and cream, finish with crushed kasuri methi, and simmer for 3 more minutes.
